Put your brand on it
Upload your logo, set your colours and point a subdomain of your own at us. From then on that is the address your clients bookmark, and the only one they ever see.
Set your prices
You decide what a site costs and what a mailbox costs. We invoice you for what you use, you invoice your client for what you charge, and the two numbers never meet.
Open accounts as you win work
A new site or a new mailbox is a short form and a few clicks. Resize it, suspend it or hand it back later from the same screen.

Setting your own prices
You decide what a client pays and you send them the bill; we only ever invoice you. Our retail prices stay public — Web Starter is £9.99 a month bought direct, and mailboxes start at £5.99 — so set your margin knowing exactly what a client would find if they went looking.
Who answers a client at 2am
You do, in your own name — that is what white label means. Behind you, our UK team is on email and tickets Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, and platform incidents are posted before you have to ask. Promise your clients the cover you can actually keep, and put that in your terms rather than ours.
Handing an account back
Clients move on. Take a full copy of the site, the databases and the mailboxes out of the panel and hand it over, or ask us to lift that one account onto its own billing with us. Nothing goes dark while it moves, and nothing is held back to make leaving harder.
All prices excl VAT. Every account you open renews at the price it started on, and the 30-day refund applies to the hosting and mailbox fees exactly as it does on a direct account.

Will my price go up when I renew?
No. The price you sign up on is the price you renew on, for as long as you stay. If we ever change prices for new customers, yours stays put.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, both ways. Upgrade the moment you need more; drop back to the plan you started on whenever you like, at the price you started on. Longer terms are cheaper and changing plan never forfeits that saving.
What does the 30-day guarantee cover?
The full hosting and mailbox fee, back to your original card within about five working days. No reason needed, no retention script. Registered domains are the one exception — the registry charges us the moment a name is registered, and we tell you that before you buy.
Can I keep my website where it is and just move email?
Yes. We change only the mail records on your domain and leave the website records exactly as they are, so nothing on your site moves or breaks.
Do you move my site for me?
Yes, free. We take a copy of everything, build it here away from live, test the pages and forms, then switch your domain over — with the old version kept until you are happy.
